How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Flowforeign Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Flowforeign Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Flowforeign Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@flowforeign.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
